Originally a Coast Guard station, HI-Truro is the furthest hostel out on the "arm" of the Cape. Located in the Cape Cod National Seashore, the hostel is just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Large windows provide a breathtaking view from the spacious kitchen and dining area.

This hostel was built as a Lifesaving Station in 1873 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Across the street from Surfside beach and 3 1/2 miles from Nantucket Village, this hostel is a favorite, with many people returning year after year.
