How to Make a Group Reservation

Email us at: groups (at) hinewengland.org to find out if the dates you want are available. You must send us:
- Name
- Address
- Group and/or Trip name
- Date of arrival
- Number of nights staying
- Number of males and number of females (including leaders)
- Which hostel

Once we have confirmed that those dates are available, we will mail you a reservation contract. You then have 14 days to mail in a deposit of 50% of the total cost and the signed contract. If you are unable to send a deposit within 14 days, please let us know or your reservation may be canceled.

We happily accept personal & business checks and money orders. Please make them out to Hostelling International.

Once we have received your deposit, you will be sent a Reservation Deposit Receipt. The balance of your payment is due 30 days before arrival to avoid a $25 late fee.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Complete Trip Cancellations need to be submitted by mail or email and confirmed 60 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund. All Complete Trip Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee.
Partial Group Cancellations:
Groups with ten members or less may cancel one person and get a refund if we are contacted 30 days prior to arrival.
Groups with more than ten members may cancel up to 10% of their group and get a refund if we are contacted 30 days prior to arrival
No other refunds will be given if cancellations are made within 30 days.
